How to start using Duet AI?

To start using Google Duet AI, you need to enable it in your Google Workspace account as an administrator. 

Here are the steps to do so:

• Open admin.google.com and sign in to your Google Workspace account as an administrator.

• Inside the dashboard, navigate to Billing > Get more services > Google Workspace add-ons.

• Here, look for the Duet AI for Google Workspace Enterprise card and click the Start Free Trial link to subscribe to the Duet AI service.

• The Duet AI service will be added to the account. Once it is active, a brief Duet AI informational box will display when you go to each of the activated Duet AI applications on the web (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Meet).

• You can then use Duet AI features by clicking on the Duet AI icon in the app toolbar, or by saying “Hey Google, talk to Duet AI”.

You can also assign Duet AI licenses to individual users or groups in your organization, if you don’t want to enable it for everyone. You can find more details on how to do that here.
